- Wish you can schedule certain courses youself, instead of relying on auto-enroll.
- Would like more variety for Auto-Phish maybe some attachement emails and QR codes.

the Policy management combined with the Phishing and trainiging is an amazing differentiator in this area.  they have an amazing product and continue to develop it and listen to requests.

**What do you dislike about usecure?**

Honestly nothing at this point. the service just works and often after setup it just works for months on end with updates and campaigns.  it is just amazing.

Security Awareness and active phishing of the clients to find the weak link.

Usecure is a great security awareness training platform. It's quick to setup and roll out to end-users. The training modules are quick to complete and not overly lengthy to complete. Our end-users generally like the content and find it easy to use.

The admin interface can be tough to work in sometimes. It's not always easy to find a report for needed data at times.

**What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a quick to implement security awareness trainging product that gave us the customization needed with the automation to let it run mostly hands-off.

The training modules and videos. uSecure makes learning about cybersecurity surprisingly fun and memorable, which means we can actually retain the information and apply it in our daily work

Haven't found much to dislike.  It's a great platform.

I've used uSecure primarily for security awareness training. It can do an amazing job with keeping up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity threats and best practices.

Usecure makes SAT and reporting a breeze. This product automates training. My favorite part is the questionnaire in the beginning. This makes sure training is focused on the security gaps each user faces. Implementing usecure is super easy.

There is no integration with our PSA agreements.

Amazing product backed by an amazing team providing support where needed. The automation plays a great part in deploying the solution. I also think the pre-populated learning and policy modules are so helpful for any organisation. integration with Office 365 is so easy.

The only downside is you need a Vimeo account to load videos. if you can access your Microsoft Stream videos it would be a perfect tool for any organisation

**What do you like best about usecure?**

The auto-enrol and auto-phish are one of the best features in uSecure. Automatically assigning user training based on an assessment is exactly what our company needs. 

Their support is also very helpful and quick to respond and their knowledge base is a great asset.

**What do you dislike about usecure?**

The lack of more granular controls is disappointing. Being able to give owners of businesses we manage the ability to access uPolicy or look at users within the user menu without us having to give full admin access would be a nice feature to have but currently, it does not have that.

Being a US-based company, their support hours don't always line up with our hours of operation. This is a small criticism however as they are overall responsive during their operating hours.

I do wish there were more topics on security training.

Auto-assigning training and automatically sending phishing out is a huge time saver for a small team like mine. 
We can't always dedicate the time to manually assign training so this allows us to offer Security Training without having to sink Extra labor hours into doing it.

The platform has five key components to use which provides value for money.  you can concentrate on one area or take advantage of all 5 or combination of all.  easy to use and great way to get your users interactive without making them feel like criminals - i love the fact its educational based and helps me keep my users on side and feel part of the solution.

I wouldn't really call it a dislike but the navigation between customer and management portal gets a bit tricky to navigate through.  however this is solved by the extensive support papers and timely response of your team.  well done Bruno!

**What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

User awareness.  it keeps my team and customer users informed.  the benefit of the training is they can easily understand the information without it being to technical and they get 100% involved.
the videos and quizes are fun and interactive and makes everyone feel they are part of the solution.

**What do you like best about usecure?**

Been using it for the phishing campaign, we have been conducting for one of our clients.  The tool is easy to set up and design realistic-looking spoof emails and websites. Massive choice of pre-created templates makes crafting a campaign easy and in addition creating new ones from scratch is very straightforward.

After the campaign has run, the results are displayed individually and from which I will then create a report for my client - since starting to use the tool, the client has always been pleased with the results supplied as well as the 'easy to understand' graphs.

**What do you dislike about usecure?**

More options for the results would be good.
Seems to collect all the results from every campaign to give you a total at the top of the client's page, maybe I'm missing something, but I want the results for this campaign and not the additional test emails I send to ensure that the domains, AV etc. will accept the emails.

Creating a folder structure to keep the campaigns in would be helpful. Then, I could identify each one quickly and select all results for analysis without having to immediately filter some out.

Our client was the target of a ransomware attack and is understandably nervous about being a target again. We were employed to strengthen and empower the IT team to have confidence in the user's ability and highlight any users requiring additional training. 
This means that we conduct multiple phishing campaigns on behalf of the IT team and feedback the results to both IT and senior management.

**What do you like best about usecure?**

We have found uSecure to be very useful, not only does it come with good knowledgeable courses it also allows us to make our own tailored to our business. We can also put our own polices on there for our staff to read through and electronically sign them, to show they have acknowledged it which is saving us allot of time. It is easy to track what has and hasn’t been completed by each user. The phishing exercises are good and have opened the eyes of our users to show what a phishing email looks like and how to avoid opening them. Integrates with Office 365 to pull out user info automatically. MSP features for managing multiple tenants. Easy white-labelling. Good, simple, no fuss content. Very eductional, even for those of us who think they know it all! They are quick on development requests and listen to those of us that pay the bills.

Some of the courses are a little generic or vague and could do with being updated. Infosec threats change, grow, and we get subjected to them every day; the amount of Royal Mail phishing texts I get are insane. It would be good to get specific examples, rather than just "someone might send you a message to get you to do something" -- specifics are more likely to get stuck in our heads that we can learn from.

As an MSP, I can reduce my problems and my clients' vulnerability profiles by training them, and usecure is great for that. Of course, it only works if the people in question want to be trained, but that's up to the business owners to sort that bit out!

Some new email campaigns or landing pages would be great - things like M365 consent phishing would be a good start. We can build this ourselves using the landing page builder which is great, but would be great to see that built-in.

How easy it is to get up and running, it integrates with Microsoft 365 so creation of a company and users is easy. Auto-enrol and Auto-Phish allow the product to run by itself without much interaction.

Reporting is probably what I dislike the most, although it does provide a decent report I think it could be improved. We tend to have clients calling us querying parts of the report, they have also asked for breakdown of courses/gap analysis results but this only seems to be possible by manually exporting excel spreadsheets and sending.

It is educating users on all areas of Cyber Security - this is helping to create a much more secure environment. This is benefiting us as it means we are less likely to receive a call about someone clicking on something they shouldnt have and having to remediate!

Since Usecure is a that's not based in Australia, it can sometimes not cater to the Aussie market, as well as overseas. This has been much improved with AU base templates and .com.au domains being implemented.

They listen to feedback and implement new features when you request them. uSecure just get better and better as years go by.

uSecure provides you with a comprehensive platform for staff & customers. Its powerful uPhish portal provides an effective phishing campaign and backs it up with relevant and up-to-date training via uLearn! The uPolicy portal allows greater policy control, auditing and ensure that all new and existing staff have the information that they need.

Love the end user portal but wish it came with additional security (such as MFA) like the admin portal. 
Also some of our customers would like to be able to have an admin user but they can only be admin on selected portals (ie you can be an admin for uPhish but not for uPolicy).

uSecure provides an autoPhish feature, meaning the administrator doesn't have to develop a new campaign every month. The campaign output reporting and end-user portals also allow our customers to view their own progress and (for the admins) view the company's progress as a whole. This has significantly reduced the administration we used to face each month to put together reports and feedback for our customers.

The four solutions give a completely holistic approach to User Awareness Training. 
Support is second to none. Online chat with a live person in under 3 minutes most of the time. It is amazing.

Training module videos sometimes appear too small for some users, it should scale with screen size. More videos would be good too as we notice staff score better  with videos then plain text.

I like that a gap assessment is completed first, and then uSecure allocates small bite-sized training courses that users can complete around their working day. Feedback from users is good and we also sync from AD so new users get enrolled automagically.

If you don't complete the training when it comes out, courses build up. That's a people management issue though so I recommend you use the manager reminder feature to ensure people keep on their toes.

The initial placement test of uLearn is a bit long. Even though it is necessary, it hinders adoption by the staff. uBreach lacks features. For example, one cannot "resolve" a detected issue. It is, for instance, less comprehensive than Insecureweb.
