What do you dislike about Usage AI?

What problems is Usage AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

We wanted someone to optimise our cloud spend without us having to spend hours analysing such a large fleet of resources. Even if we did it ourselves, the worry was always what happens if something goes wrong. Usage.ai’s insured commitments took care of that concern.

Onboarding was very easy, and most of the flow is automated. We have a few services on autopilot where they manage the coverage. For the others, they reach out with proposals, or we can approve or reject recommendations directly on their dashboard.

Our spend is getting optimised without us having to constantly follow up or worry about it. What more do you need? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
