What do you like best about US Legal Forms?

I like that I can search for a range of independent contractor agreements, from consulting, sales, and self employment. The forms also have detailed delivery scope options from providing software support services to also hiring ecommerce vendors and website maintenance vendors. What do you dislike about US Legal Forms?

It would be nice if they gave an option to consult and or contact an attorney about using the template to make sure the verbiage and language are accurate per the specific use case. Templates are a helpful starting point but it's sometimes necessary to have a lawyer to review and or consult on the language and written text. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is US Legal Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?

US Legal Forms has a wide range of legal forms templates that I can download and customize. While most of the time, I am looking for templates for my business such as hiring independent contractors, I also found it useful that it also covers international independent contractor agreement. The templates are extensive, not only independent contractor self employment but also for consulting. This is important because the nature of remote work is so broad that it is necessary to have the accurate agreement to cover the scope of work. I appreciate that US Legal Forms has included many different types of templates, also including sales contractor since not all independent contractor agreements are the same.
