What do you like best about Upshot.ai?

The platform is very feature-rich and allows us to deliver a perfect omnichannel experience. One of the things we like most about Upshot.ai is its responsiveness to issues and feature requests. What do you dislike about Upshot.ai?

What problems is Upshot.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

We're using Upshot.ai to onboard new users, ending relevant messages, engagement & retention campaigns.

- We can now personalize content and humanize push notifications.

- Their gamification, rewards, and loyalty are awesome.

- Reports and analytics dashboards allow us to garner better insights.

-It's much easier to visualize journeys and assess user analytics in their dashboard.

- There is a dedicated strategy team that is available to help in case of any support needed

-We've seen a tremendous increase in our user onboarding and retention rate since we partnered with upshot.ai. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
