The best part about using upshot.ai platform is that you get the widest array of tools in 1 platform to engage and retain your users. Built-in analytics and segmentation are simple and straightforward. One of the key differentiator is their customer success team, they are super responsive and customer-oriented. Majorly, we use upshot.ai for user onboarding, activation engagement, and retention. We can send a relevant push after a user takes specific actions using different channels, which has been valuable and enhanced the user experience.
