What do you like best about UpPromote: Affiliate & Referral?

What I appreciate most about UpPromote is the ability to centralize the management of our affiliate program on a single platform. This allows me to easily manage our affiliates, create custom promotional codes, and track their performance.

What do you dislike about UpPromote: Affiliate & Referral?

My overall experience with UpPromote is positive. I use the platform to manage Femdisc's affiliate program and coordinate our collaborations with influencers.

The platform is generally intuitive and allows for centralized management of affiliates, promotional codes, and commissions. However, some features could be simplified, especially for new affiliates.

The connection with our online store makes it easier to track activities related to the affiliate program. However, we sometimes encounter difficulties when certain sales are not correctly attributed to affiliates.

UpPromote is a practical tool for tracking the results of our collaborations. Nevertheless, the reliability of conversion tracking could be improved.

Pricing and ROI: The platform allows us to structure our affiliate program and better track performance. However, I do not yet have enough perspective to accurately assess its return on investment.

This is undoubtedly one of the strengths of my experience. Tanie, who regularly accompanies me, is extremely patient, attentive, and professional. She always takes the time to understand my difficulties and find suitable solutions. Her support greatly facilitates my use of the platform.

I have not yet sufficiently explored the potential AI features to give a precise opinion on this aspect.

Overall, UpPromote is a useful solution for managing our affiliate program. With some technical improvements, particularly regarding sales tracking and access to affiliate accounts, the experience could be even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is UpPromote: Affiliate & Referral solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using UpPromote, managing our affiliate program required more manual tracking, especially to organize collaborations with influencers, manage their promotional codes, and track the sales generated.

Today, UpPromote allows us to centralize these different tasks on a single platform, which greatly facilitates our organization.

We can now register our affiliates, assign them personalized promotional codes, track their performance, and view the commissions generated by their sales.

For Femdisc, which develops its collaborations with content creators in several markets, including Côte d'Ivoire, Senegal, and Benin, this centralization represents a real advantage.

It allows us to save time in daily management, better organize our campaigns, and have better visibility on the results of each collaboration.

Even though we still encounter some technical difficulties related to tracking certain sales, UpPromote remains an important tool for structuring and developing our affiliate program.

I do not yet have precise figures on the time saved or the return on investment, but the benefits in terms of organization and tracking are real. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
