What do you like best about UpPromote: Affiliate & Referral?

What we like most about UpPromote: Affiliate & Referral is how easy it makes it to build and manage an affiliate program. The platform brings commission management, affiliate tracking, campaign management, and performance monitoring together in one place, which keeps everything organized and straightforward.

We also appreciate the responsive customer support, especially Mina, who has been helpful and professional throughout our setup. Overall, UpPromote gives us the tools we need to grow our affiliate network and reach more customers through referrals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UpPromote: Affiliate & Referral?

We haven’t run into any major issues with UpPromote: Affiliate & Referral so far. Since we’re still exploring the platform and its features, it can take a bit of time for new users to get familiar with all the available options and understand how everything fits together.

A more guided onboarding experience, with clearer step-by-step explanations for some of the more advanced features, would make the platform even easier to pick up for new users. Overall, our experience has been positive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

UpPromote: Affiliate & Referral helps us tackle the challenge of building, organizing, and managing an affiliate marketing program for VibeHouse Burundi.

It gives us a single place to recruit and manage affiliates, set up commission structures, track referrals and conversions, and monitor affiliate performance. This saves us time, improves transparency, and makes it easier to reward our affiliates accurately.
