What problems is Upland RO Innovation solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our company needs one database and one source of truth for growing our list of customer references. It has taken years for our team to adopt the tool and we still have challenges with teams using their own "secret" references but we have no way to track, monitor and tie revenue back to references when doing things the manual way.
