Ease of use and ability to ensure content is reviewed and confirmed up to date. Allows SMEs to review multiple records at once and ensures RFP writers can be confident they are using the correct information. We particularly like the templates that can be used for DDQs where the same questions are asked every year so the answers can be linked to the question and the updated responses pulled into the template. This saves a huge amount of time and effort in finding the correct answer. Also really like the support team's assistance and the fact that they incorporate our requirements into future releases of the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Upland Qvidian solving and how is that benefiting you? Qvidian provides an excellent storage facility for the responses that are used regularly in RFPs and DDQs. The search function makes it easy to find the correct content and the ability to take multiple documents out of the system for review makes it easy to ensure the correct information is always being used.
