Good interface when used via a desktop. But not sure why it can't be used via a smaller mobile Google chrome app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes it can hang, but not sure if this is perhaps due to my internet bandwidth. To suggest improvement - there has to be a feature to 'ping' us when new client comes in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
