Made tracking sales results clearer than ever. Support team is top helpful, not just providing robotic answers but truly offering assistance. **What do you dislike about Upfluence?** Since it offers all features from finding influencers to tracking campaign performance, it took me 2-3 meetings with their team before I felt mastering the tool, there are many useful tricks that you'll need to attend a few meetings to learn. **What problems is Upfluence solving and how is that benefiting you?** Initial outreach to influencers is always a challenge while their scheduled follow-up feature has saved our team a lot of time. Manually checking creators' gifting lists and shipping addresses was a hassle, but Upfluence helps me collecting this information automatically from creators in the first step. I also no longer have to manually share sales results with each creator at the end of the month—they can easily check it in their creator space. All I need to do is toggle a button in Upfluence to share the sales info. ### 4. Was able to find 150 infleuncers to reach out to within a few hours and then make a campaign to bulk outreach. I liked the automated follow up emails if an infleuncer didn't answer. They have live customer support calls every week that I joined last week where they answer any questions I had an we were able to get my Shopify and Outlook email integrated easily. **What do you dislike about Upfluence?** The initial invite email went to my supervisor instead of me so it took an extra day to get the link to my email. **What problems is Upfluence solving and how is that benefiting you?** Finding influencers in bulk and being able to manage the outreach process. They have a draft submission link so we can review the influencers posts prior to them posting. This is very helpful because previously we were using only Dropbox and we would miss influencers submissions. ### 5. Even the creators who signed up for my campaign had difficulty using the deep link and getting paid- which is pretty bad when you're trying to establish a trusting relationship with influencers. It's complicated, expensive, time-consuming and difficult. If you have a staff person whose sole responsibility is influencer marketing, perhaps you'll have better luck. I signed up for Levanta at the same time as I signed up for Upfluence. In six months, Levanata generated 3x as many sales and took just minutes to use. Plus on Levanta creators can sign up on their own- you don't have to pitch them. I predict Upfluence will be sold or out of business in a year- way too much money, way too much work, small results. **What do you dislike about Upfluence?** Way too complicated for an average business to use unless yoy have a full-time dedicated person who spends all day doing nothing else. Don't believe he reviews that it's easy to use. I did. It's anything but easy. **What problems is Upfluence solving and how is that benefiting you?** Upfluence didn't solve problems, but created them. I had to involve support every step. ### 7. We didn’t use any software before to manage our campaigns, and it’s really helping us scale, especially with outreach. I like that we can automatically import our product catalog and ship what influencers select. We also share discount codes with them and can track sales and pay commissions based on that. We just started using their payment app too. The onboarding team was super helpful—there are a ton of options when setting up a campaign, so it was great having someone guide us through it. I’m also really happy with their chat support. They host live Q&A sessions, and even though it’s a bit personal, I love the format—jump in with my questions for 10 minutes and then I’m done. **What do you dislike about Upfluence?** Pinned posts, isn’t available because it's private and they explained it's illegal to collect. Even though I’d love to have access to it, I really appreciate how careful and transparent they are about the data we can use. That means a lot to us. **What problems is Upfluence solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before, I was using spreadsheets and manually tracking which influencers to ship products to, and managing emails was a mess. I really like how this platform centralizes every step of the collaboration. I can also pay influencers directly, without needing to get every commission approved by the finance department. ### 9. Their Live Capture feature is incredible and allows you to efficiently identify influencers in your customer database. As a Shopify and Klaviyo user, I was able to easily build an influencer network in just a few days. Their incredible campaign management tool makes the collaboration process very simple. The email feature has been really helpful to create personalized templates. Their customer support is extremely efficient and will answer all your questions. **What do you dislike about Upfluence?** So far I haven't disliked anything on the platform! **What problems is Upfluence solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our use case is quite particular and Upfluence allowed us to solve all the problems we were facing with other platforms. First, Upfluence integrates with Shopify, which allows you to (1) identify influencers in your customer database (2) generate discount codes to send to influencers. You can manage everything without leaving the software. Then, the campaign management tool makes you save a lot of time because everything is automated, you can easily manage campaigns at scale.
