Even the creators who signed up for my campaign had difficulty using the deep link and getting paid- which is pretty bad when you're trying to establish a trusting relationship with influencers. It's complicated, expensive, time-consuming and difficult. If you have a staff person whose sole responsibility is influencer marketing, perhaps you'll have better luck. I signed up for Levanta at the same time as I signed up for Upfluence. In six months, Levanata generated 3x as many sales and took just minutes to use. Plus on Levanta creators can sign up on their own- you don't have to pitch them. I predict Upfluence will be sold or out of business in a year- way too much money, way too much work, small results. **What do you dislike about Upfluence?** Way too complicated for an average business to use unless yoy have a full-time dedicated person who spends all day doing nothing else. Don't believe he reviews that it's easy to use. I did. We just started using their payment app too. The onboarding team was super helpful—there are a ton of options when setting up a campaign, so it was great having someone guide us through it. I’m also really happy with their chat support. They host live Q&A sessions, and even though it’s a bit personal, I love the format—jump in with my questions for 10 minutes and then I’m done. **What do you dislike about Upfluence?** Pinned posts, isn’t available because it's private and they explained it's illegal to collect. Even though I’d love to have access to it, I really appreciate how careful and transparent they are about the data we can use. You can manage everything without leaving the software. Then, the campaign management tool makes you save a lot of time because everything is automated, you can easily manage campaigns at scale. We sent out at a minimum 100 influencer outreaches to 4 different brands that we represented during this trial. We used attribution links and engaged with several influencers and had zero sales and no lift on our keywords. We reached out and went in circles with their support team and got messages back that their finance department was out for weeks. We were sold by the A team and delivered by the C team - we canceled after 6 months and deployed with done for you solution as this added zero dollars back to any of the clients we used this for in our agency. **What problems is Upfluence solving and how is that benefiting you?** We wanted influencer content that would INFLUENCE - we saw zero lift on any of the amazon associates or attribution links we used in campaigns. But what is most impressive outside of the data, integrations, and ChatGPT features is the customer service. From searching the influencers, to contacting them to hiring them, managing their publications and paying them, it's very time efficient. **What do you dislike about Upfluence?** I wish I had more people internally to help me run the campaigns as it is quite time consuming to be in touch with all the influencers and answering all their emails. **What problems is Upfluence solving and how is that benefiting you?** Scaling influencer marketing.
