Spent 6 months using Upfluence and found it to be so time-consuming and unintuitive to use that I had to force myself to go on every day and find creators. Even the creators who signed up for my campaign had difficulty using the deep link and getting paid- which is pretty bad when you're trying to establish a trusting relationship with influencers. It's complicated, expensive, time-consuming and difficult. If you have a staff person whose sole responsibility is influencer marketing, perhaps you'll have better luck. I signed up for Levanta at the same time as I signed up for Upfluence. In six months, Levanata generated 3x as many sales and took just minutes to use. Plus on Levanta creators can sign up on their own- you don't have to pitch them.

We have a Shopify store, and I love how well it integrates with Upfluence. We didn’t use any software before to manage our campaigns, and it’s really helping us scale, especially with outreach. I like that we can automatically import our product catalog and ship what influencers select. We also share discount codes with them and can track sales and pay commissions based on that. We just started using their payment app too. The onboarding team was super helpful—there are a ton of options when setting up a campaign, so it was great having someone guide us through it. I’m also really happy with their chat support. They host live Q&A sessions, and even though it’s a bit personal, I love the format—jump in with my questions for 10 minutes and then I’m done. The Upfluence platform is a must! Their Live Capture feature is incredible and allows you to efficiently identify influencers in your customer database. As a Shopify and Klaviyo user, I was able to easily build an influencer network in just a few days. Their incredible campaign management tool makes the collaboration process very simple. The email feature has been really helpful to create personalized templates. Their customer support is extremely efficient and will answer all your questions.
