The Chrome plugin is insanely amazing, it makes my life so easy. **What do you dislike about Upfluence?** I wish that I could attach searches to a list, since it only saves your recent searches, I forget what criteria I used when I created a list since I decentralize a lot. I wish there was a way I could mark influencers are "contacted" because lots of them reply to DMs instead of emails and I don't want to blast them over and over. I dont like that emails cannot be pulled from business profile buttons, I have to spend a lot of time putting in emails manually into the system from instagram on my phone. I don't like how a lot of emails sent through the upfluence system get sent to junk. I wish there was a way to search with concentration inside content for example, I would like to see influencers who have "yoga" in their IG content multiple times instead of just anyone who says it once. **What problems is Upfluence solving and how is that benefiting you?** Finding influencers who fit the demo criteria we need to sell our products. My first searches always had too many results but the training (provided by Upfluence) really helped. Now I filter influencers in bulk, making use of the quantitative criteria, rather than relying solely on keywords. Apart from that, the software is very reliable and effective.
