Despite the importance of lead generation, getting useful data and making optimisation decisions is really hard. Google Analytics gives us broad website data, which is easy to be distracted by. Upflowy gets straight to the point, is easy to interpret, and then take actionable steps. The team is awesome - always available and going above and beyond to get you the right configuration based on your needs. **What do you dislike about Psyke?** Nothing to dislike. It does the job exactly as described, and the performance is really down to you. I wish we had more website traffic to send through the system, so we can find and win more customers. **Recommendations to others considering Psyke:** If you're looking to review or upgrade how you engage and convert website visitors into leads, look no further than Upflow. **What problems is Psyke solving and how is that benefiting you?** Getting access to actionable data and insights in relation to the customer signup flow. We now have confidence in our current flow, are able to extract meaningful insights, and take action on them. We couldn't do any of this before. ### 2. Upflowy offers so much in terms of form and content components, all the while having the sophisticated conditional logic and split testing. This platform has everything you need. **What do you dislike about Psyke?** Getting to the stage of feeling like an advanced user. It took a little longer than I had anticipated, but once I was there, the product was so helpful for solving the problem that I had. **Recommendations to others considering Psyke:** If you're struggling to communicate your business concept to people, Upflowy will you help you tremondously. **What problems is Psyke solving and how is that benefiting you?** Context setting is a real priority for the business, and helping potential customers understand what we do is our biggest problem. Upflowy has allowed us to do that because we can use so many different elements within the flow to tell the story. We can make it visual, we can use sales copy, or social proof. People understand us far quicker than before. ### 3. The design tab has been incredibly helpful for us. We have been able to match our branding and ensure that it is a completely native experience when people are going through our flows. Also being able to create our own flows in an intuitive way but also visualise it was extremely helpful **What do you dislike about Psyke?** We did struggle a little at first understanding the entirety of the platform. Going from a new user to feeling confident in the product took longer than expected but the penny dropped very quickly though **Recommendations to others considering Psyke:** Have a play around with it and you'll see how intuitive and easy it is. It actually makes it fun but also helps you evaluate/think about strengths and areas of improvement on the website **What problems is Psyke solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem that we had was that many other form solutions looked very different and made customers feel as if they were leaving the site, or being taken somewhere they didn't want to go especially given data security and sensitivity. We wanted something that made our customers feel as though they were still with us. It was great that there were different templates for different scenarios - things I didn't think I needed it initially but once it's there I wondered how I've been going without it for so long ### 4. We need to be able to experiment with the flow and look of forms before publishing updates and Upflowy's draft mode just makes it really quick and easy. **What do you dislike about Psyke?** We found the indicator showing that a flow is live quite small, so we had to double-check that when we first started publishing our flows. Once you know it's fine but it's a minor UX thing we noticed. Also, there's some good video tutorial content coming through on the Upflowy youtube channel - looking forward to seeing more. **Recommendations to others considering Psyke:** The free version is quick and unintrusive to sign up to and lets you use all the key features of building flows. **What problems is Psyke solving and how is that benefiting you?** We're at scale-up and starting to build customer traffic through our website. We have a multi-disciplined team of designers and Upflowy has allowed all of them to get involved in building the customer experience. ### 5. Having the ability to input different form components or content components helps create a truly unique web experience. The capacity to storytell or provide more context to a user within a signup flow is already impacting our conversion rate for the better. **What do you dislike about Psyke?** There are elements to the UI that don’t make sense. The current form of the product doesn’t have those quick fixes or shortcuts that make the process lightning quick. We are definitely able to rapidly iterate, but the task of duplicating or replicating did take longer than expected. **Recommendations to others considering Psyke:** Just try it to quickly get a first hand on the product and see how powerful it is. **What problems is Psyke solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our problem has been quickly communicating our vision to potential customers. We are in a complex industry and often require demo calls to better explain how we can assist companies. As a result of Upflowy’s content components were better able to convey how we can help, and failing that have a Calendly integration to book a demo in the flow. ### 6. This has meant that I’m able to create seamless flows and ensure it's the best possible version of itself while also running tests to optimise more and more. **What do you dislike about Psyke?** There were some minor UX issues that kept popping up. I couldn’t experiment or fix a small issue as fast as I had expected. I’m hoping that these issues will be ironed out soon. **What problems is Psyke solving and how is that benefiting you?** For the clients I work with, we've struggled for a while trying to get the exact audience we're after. I’ve been looking for a qualifying solution that can help me build awesome and optimise signup experiences and engaging onboarding flows. Also the ability to use software which is easy to make iterations fast with dev. ### 7. Previously, it would be a minimum of 3 month wait plus hundred of thousands in budget, if I want to test a single flow. Now, I can set up a test in a matter of minutes. Similar capabilities existed for landing pages before from other vendors, but not for signup flows. I'm happy one finally exists. **What do you dislike about Psyke?** I would love to see a single view that summarizes all experiments that I am running at the same time. I hope this feature is coming soon, because at the moment I need to click into each flow in order to see the results. **Recommendations to others considering Psyke:** I highly recommend anyone who wishes to set up AB testing of signup flows to use Upflowy. there is no better tool. **What problems is Psyke solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem it solves is that I could set up an AB testing of signup flows without having to get the IT department involved. This saves me months of IT delivery time and hundred of thousands in budget. That kind of cost and timeline made it practically impossible to do AB test. ### 8. The level of form customization means I can keep the sales message in mind while people are considering booking with me, and the flow can embed a booking link into it, people never leave the flow! **What do you dislike about Psyke?** - There were some teething problems and getting up to speed with the product did take a while, especially with new features being added to the product and some minor design changes being updated. I would need to reorient myself each time I tried to make edits. **Recommendations to others considering Psyke:** Definitely worth looking at if you want to boost your productivity and get some hours back in your business. **What problems is Psyke solving and how is that benefiting you?** Upflowy has allowed me to solve the communication of my work. Normally people look over the website and make snap judgments. If they’ve reached the Upflowy flow I can use the conditional logic to see what they need and then show the quality of work specific to their needs. The integration with booking apps also makes my scheduling for potential clients incredibly easy, I can be far more hands off. ### 9. I spent 6 years working for a competitor and Upflowy is exactly what we, and the rest of the market were missing. **What do you dislike about Psyke?** When I first started using the platform there wasn't a file upload feature so my early flows were missing this which added a step to the process. However, it's now been added based on user feedback. **What problems is Psyke solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm trying to increase the number of conversions that we have on our website, and ensure that the people who are traveling through the flow are properly segmented or qualified, and this data all gets sent into our own CRM. ### 10. Upflowy has allowed me to better qualify potential clients with the right questions and conditional logic. If someone can manage the pathway correctly, then it leads them to a booking call. This has saved me so much time on subpar clients who want the world and a limited budget. **What do you dislike about Psyke?** UX. As someone who is used to the UX of more established companies, especially in the social media space, this was a tough adjustment. The problem solving nature of the product kept me using it but there was a much steeper learning curve when it came to general use of the platform. Once I knew it it was fine, but I don’t envy those who are using it for the first time. **What problems is Psyke solving and how is that benefiting you?** The issue I’ve been solving with Upflowy is the management of potential clients. The conditional logic and informed questions that I can ask set an expectation really early on. I’m able to see how best I can help clients who are interested in using my agency’s services.
