What do you like best about Untapped?

Untapped unlocks our ability to create a diverse talent pipeline that we would not normally have access to. Additionally, we are able to create groups to engage our incoming cohort of employees throughout their time in college. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Untapped?

As they grow, it would be great to see more unlocked on the experienced candidate side so we can use the platform for our entire recruitment efforts. The sourcing/search results can be improved as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Untapped solving and how is that benefiting you?

Diversity Recruiting. We have been able to create an extremely diverse pipeline with roughly 50% of our offers for campus recruiting going to candidates from historically underrepresented groups in technology. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
