What do you like best about UnleashX?

They picked up what we were building without much hand-holding. We gave them the use cases and they came back with agents that worked, not demos that fell apart the moment a real user touched them.

They also built into our existing applications instead of making us rebuild around them. That saved us a lot of time and kept the experience consistent for our customers. The understanding and competency of the engineers is best I have seen in AI vertical. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UnleashX?

Early on we went through a few rounds tightening how the agents handled edge cases, which took some back and forth. That's normal for this kind of work, and they stayed with us through it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is UnleashX solving and how is that benefiting you?

We build security and compliance products, and we wanted AI agents inside a few of them — both for our own customer support and within the applications our customers use every day. Building agents that actually hold up once real users get to them isn't something we wanted to work out on our own.

UnleashX handled that for us. They built multiple agents across our applications. Some take care of customer support, others run inside the products our customers work in. The benefit for us is that we shipped agent features our customers genuinely use, without pulling our engineers off the core roadmap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
