"UnleashX: Intuitive UI, Strong Support, and Transparent Pricing"

What do you like best about UnleashX?

UnleashX is an extremely easy-to-use platform. The UI is simple and intuitive, which makes it easy to create Agents and to run and manage campaigns. The development team has been very supportive, and they helped us with all the APIs needed to integrate with a custom dashboard and WhatsApp. After running over 10 AI bots with them, I can say the performance is in line with what we expected. It may take a few iterations to get things right, but once it’s there, it rarely defaults. I’m also awaiting the upcoming upgrade of their AI bot Leasha, which should make my team’s work even more comfortable when it comes to AI Agent creation.

A key factor that differentiates UnleashX from other providers in the space is the collaborative approach they take throughout the engagement. Another thing that sets them apart is the pricing model. The founder is very transparent about the pricing structure, which helps us feel confident that we’re not putting either them or our clients in a difficult position financially. What do you dislike about UnleashX?

One feature I’ve discussed with them is AI bot testing. Right now, the entire testing process is manual, which makes it extremely time-consuming. If we could have an AI bot tester to help with this, it would make our lives a lot easier and streamline the overall testing workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is UnleashX solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cost saving. For a real estate client, we were able to bring down customer outreach costs by 70%. We complete their monthly calls in less than 10% of the time while achieving similar results. This freed up the sales executives to focus on customers who expressed interest in the product, which is leading to a better conversion rate and broader outreach to potential clients.
