1. The Team (like to especially mention Souvik Saha)
2. Some key features which are missing on similar platforms

What do you dislike about Unizap?
There are still many key features missing:
1. Staff delegation control
2. What'sApp deep integration (can't msg the customer via WA; currently only Call is provided)
3. The phone app has many features missing due to which needs to be operated on a PC Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
