What do you like best about Universell Platform?

Universell feels like a platform built specifically for small business owners.

The best part is the simplicity: CRM + payments + invoicing + marketing tools all share the same database, so I don’t deal with integrations breaking. What do you dislike about Universell Platform?

Universell is still expanding its feature set, so I occasionally run into small things that feel like they’re still being refined, especially in analytics and customization. But the customer success team is highly responsive, and updates roll out quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Universell Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Universell solves the problem of customer data, invoices, payments, and communication scattered across different apps. Before, we were using a CRM, a separate invoicing tool, a payment processor, and manual spreadsheets.
