What do you like best about Universal Contract Manager?

UCM is a robust database that serves our medical center well. I like that it is customizable, the Customer Service is way above normal. The standard system works very well and if needed they dig deep and call on their experts to modify the system to your benefit and best use for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Universal Contract Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are required to have all contracts with physicians in a central database but with iContracts we have expanded that to ALL our contracts for the entire medical center. We also use iContracts to manage the expiration dates and track COI's, BAA's and handle our annual contract evaluation process. We are able to provide robust reporting on our contracting functions to our Quality Management Committee. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
