What do you like best about Unity Loan System?

I really like the excellent customer service. Everyone is very responsive if I have a question, and they are very knowledgeable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Unity Loan System?

There are bugs and glitches within the software. The interest is sometimes calculated incorrectly, so I have to always remember to re-check it before proceeding. There is also no space to enter "months", only "years" in the employer section. There is also sometimes an issue where we can't log in for a period of time, and we have to just keep checking. Recommendations to others considering Unity Loan System:

I haven't spent a ton of time with the software, but from what time I have used is well spent. I like the layout of the pages and menus, and it is mostly bug free. I also really like the level of support that is provided when there is a question. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Unity Loan System solving and how is that benefiting you?

I like that it has the capability of storing the credit reports, so we can go back and print them later. I also really like that it has the OFAC option, as this helps us to safely process applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
