What do you like best about Unity® Practice Management?

It loads documents very quickly and the fact that it has customised templates for letters/correspondence for the user so that they can just bring it up and fill in any blanks is amazing. It saves our real estate department hours and hours each day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Unity® Practice Management?

Sometimes (not all that often) the templates for the customised letters do not load properly and you will have to manually fix certain parts of the letter, but not often like I said. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Unity® Practice Management:

Take your time, when I used to do real estate before estates, it took me a long time to learn to use this. But once I knew what to do, it made my life a lot easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Unity® Practice Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

Time is saved on so many levels. Generating forms without having to type them is unbelievably handy and it also, for the most part, can save you from making errors because typing the same form over and over would probably result in at least some typos on occasion.
