What do you like best about Uniqodo?

We use a managed service and that takes away the stress with managing multiple discount code campaigns at any one time. The Uniqodo team are extremely supportive and respond to our requests within 24 hours. Uniqodo operates on our website via an integration with our 3 separate brands, which allows the voucher codes to work seamlessly across our campaigns. Using the tool means we are saving c.72 hours of set up time annually. It's also saving us money as we're more protected from voucher abuse. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Uniqodo?

No negative points that I would report. We have invested time in working together, and that has benefited the relationship. As we have multiple campaigns live at any time, we need to check in regularly to ensure everything is running smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Uniqodo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before we started using Uniqodo, we were setting up codes manually on our ERP which was very time-consuming. It also meant that we were open to voucher abuse, as the codes weren't unique and could therefore be re-used by the same individuals.
