Extremely user-friendly. The dashboard is easy to navigate; it's easy to find past codes to reuse, and the options to customize your QR code design are fun. The pricing is fair compared to the market, especially for the features you get. We've not utilized any of the integrations, we really just use it at a base level, but it's nice to know we have the options we need. I've had to reach out to support in the past for a billing question, and they were super responsive, answering my question almost immediately. Would recommend this product! There's nothing to dislike. As I mentioned, I use this on a super basic level, and it does what I need! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
