**What do you like best about Unifyr?**

The staff is responsive, innovative, and always willing to help out where they can, even when they're understaffed. The teams at Zift are always willing to answer questions and have made significant improvements to their case system, allowing cases to progress more quickly.

**What do you dislike about Unifyr?**

As with any platform, Zift has some limitations that make language translations of websites, specifically any custom pages, quite tricky.

**What problems is Unifyr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Although Zift does various things for my company, they've been incredibly helpful in fixing any broken links or forms built into the platform.

**What do you like best about Unifyr?**

The people at Zift are always eager to hear how their platform can better improve to serve your company best. The platform is continually growing with new valuable features, and the reps will always take time out of their day to ensure you have the training and detail needed to maximize the resources.

**What do you dislike about Unifyr?**

Not a lot comes to mind, but I think there is room to grow with making the admin side mirror the partner view better, or perhaps make an option to toggle between views. Honestly, I feel like Zift is a very complete product compared to competitors.

**Recommendations to others considering Unifyr:**

I recommend investing in the expert service hours because you essentially get an extended team to help you with projects. They have even helped us create videos, for example.

**What problems is Unifyr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Zift as an easy way to deliver content, online campaigns, and co-brandable assets to our base of partners. We also take advantage of this portal to make a one-stop shop for our partners to access information, webinars, their sales pipeline numbers, and content that needs to be gated. These would otherwise be scattered, so it's been a much better experience for our partners.

Zift Solutions uses an effective ticketing system to resolve issues promptly. When something occurs that is beyond their control, they are very accomodating to your needs and direct you to the right person to solve the problem at hand.

**What problems is Unifyr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

How to incorporate web plugins and other Oracle collateral into our Company's website. We were also having issues with our social posts not pushing to LinkedIn and Michael Fee was very accomodating - he helped increase our emails sent per month as well as our per send limit which will help us efficiently connect with our customers. I'm confident that whatever problem arises that Zift Solutions will continue to deliver impeccable service!

Zift Solutions provides a platform that is easy to learn and user-friendly. The content is well organized and readily available for creating campaigns and workflows.

I would like to be able to view all of my mailing credit standings (ie: SPAM) without having to contact a specialist.

Whether you are a seasoned user of marketing-based platforms or new to the line of work, Zift Solutions has something to offer. New users will be greeted by a friendly support staff and returning users will find superior means of marketing through the Digital Marketing Automated Center.

With Zift, we have the ability to reach our clientele in ways that we were unable to before. The manner in which Zift organizes its campaigns and content is paramount to our success as a small business.

Their support is always responsive, I am always first in line for the chat feature, they automatically send me a transcript of our chat, and impediments I've run into have been quickly resolved so they don't feel like impediments

**What do you dislike about Unifyr?**

For some issues, it would have been nice to see help text that indicated what I needed to do. Reaching out to support is great, but if a button was disabled I'd like to hover over it and figure out what I'm missing.

**What problems is Unifyr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're building up our marketing campaign strategy with Zift Solutions. Originally we were going to manage it ourselves but their UI makes it simple to choose from existing campaigns (if they are partnering with another entity) or create your own. This makes Zift Solutions a competitive tool for managing campaigns

Great intranet use for the company.  Easy to find material and keep it relevant to what the company needs

what the company uses is easy to find content via search bar.  I am not sure how the material is categorized otherwise though, therefore if I dont know what I'm looking for, I'm not sure how to locate it.

**What do you like best about Unifyr?**

I have learned that there is ample opportunity for developing the solution, so I anticipate flexibility and a friendly user interface for creating content and developing functionality us one of the updsides.  I am not an admin so I can't fully explore but this is my impression.

**What do you dislike about Unifyr?**

I dislike having to go to a general support alias for the little questions and have to wait for an answer.  I wish I had access to instructions, FAQs or videos within the app.  However, the support alias did respond very quickly and I realize that the solution was really easy. Again, had I been able to figure this out on my own, I would have skipped the support email.

**What problems is Unifyr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a team we are trying to centralize our partner experience in to one platform and experience.  We still have a ways to go but it seems that Zift does have the capabilities so I am excited to move forward in the implementation journey.

**What do you like best about Unifyr?**

I like that Zift is user friendly, easy to download and use content on the go! I also enjoy the easy of use in building campaign pages and customizing content for our partners specific needs

**What do you dislike about Unifyr?**

Zift can do a better job at showing partner engagement and other important metrics in data reports that I want to download. Given that we have more than 200 partners on Zift it'd be nice if there were options to bulk upload attachments and other digital assets instead of manually doing this process for each individual partner. This would really help us to save time.

**Recommendations to others considering Unifyr:**

Zift helps our partners access all the resources and digital assets they need all in one central location. Zift can mass communite to all of our partners through the email and pop-up tool, which helps us in streamlining our communication  efforts

It keeps all of the marketing materials and resources I need in one spot for easy access.

The interface looks a little disjointed as if the coding for alignment was off. But overall, the navigation is solid although it is very text heavy.

It makes it easy for my company to get the marketing materials from our vendor without waiting for customer service reps to get me what I need.

Ease of use and the very complete set of tools to manage contacts and to do the metrics of the campaigns. The contact management is also very intuitive and handles the duplicate entries in a nice way.

**What do you dislike about Unifyr?**

The email editor could have more advanced features in order to allow more flexibility when updating existing campaign emails. It would be nice to group the contacts by campaign scores.

**Recommendations to others considering Unifyr:**

I would strongly recommend Zift as a great platform for marketing activites, with a very complete set of tools and very easy to use. Bring your marketing to the next level with Zift!

We didn't have a centralized platform to concentrate our marketing activities and Zift covered that gap. By using Zift we can manage the different campaigns in a single platform, manage the contacts information and also get all the important metrics.

**What do you like best about Unifyr?**

I am signed on with multiple marketing platforms and Zift is by far the easiest to use. As I usually use it for social media (LinkedIn) purposes, I really appreciate that it gives me a list of posts that require my approval, as I like to pick and choose certain posts that I would like posted. Unlike others, they don't give me a choice or must customization (or if it does, it's not easy to do). Additionally, client support was very helpful in assisting with sign-in issues. I submitted a ticket and responses have been very quick to assist with my issues. It was also very informative and descriptive on what I need to do to solve the issue.

**What do you dislike about Unifyr?**

At this time there is nothing to dislike about Zift Solutions. There are a lot of options to go through but that just means there is a lot of flexibility with my marketing options. There was a bit of confusion getting a new account to get registered but the support was quick to fix it.

**What problems is Unifyr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zift Solutions is helping us with our social media campaigns especially on LinkedIn. It saves us the headache on searching for articles to share and it is fantastic to automate the process a little bit. I also like the idea that the lists of posts is customizable to tailor our posts to our audience. Some other sites don't use do that and posts irrelevant content. Also the dashboard / portal is much easier to navigate than other sites.

Having to use anything besides zift is what I dislike. Zift makes your life easier. The postings are great and they have an excellent management page.  easy to use

The innovative solutions against all our requests, if something is not possible Zift Solutions looks for a better way to complete our request, and they always trying to reach our goals.

The slow response against some of our requests, we understand that a lot of requests come every day, but probably they can find a better way to complete them in a better time.

**What do you like best about Unifyr?**

I like that the Zift team we work with is very open to our ideas and are great problem solvers.  I've loved that when we propose a solution, they have the skills to agree or make it even better.

**What do you dislike about Unifyr?**

I think that we haven't been made fully aware of the features of Zift.  For some features, I would have loved to know about them earlier so that we can explore how to integrate it into our current work.  Sometimes it feels like I don't know about things until I ask about something similar.

We want our platform to be best in class and innovative!  Please keep us more abreast with what's new on Zifts side so that we can work together to implement it and introduce it to our community.

**Recommendations to others considering Unifyr:**

Be sure to review the training thoroughly and promote them with internal teams and partners.  It doesn't have to be hard to use but is not always intuitive which can make it complicated for some.

**What problems is Unifyr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The primary benefit of working with Zift is having a comprehensive platform that allows partners to pull down marketing content for their own use and having automation tools to activate said content.  Many of our partners don't have the resources todo some of this automation on their own so Zift is a great one stop shop.

There is quite a bit of training involved in learning all aspects of the platform that can get a little tedious over time.

Responses were quick. 

When you have a problem, speed is important. 
I needed to make a change to a portal profile and they responded to my request.

All in all, I would recommend them.

**What do you dislike about Unifyr?**

There's really nothing I didn't like. I had a problem and my problem was effectively solved.
If I can suggest something, it would only be the option to accept any language and not just limit it to English.

In my case, I needed to make a change in the profile I created in a partner portal. I received a response and in addition I was given an email address, where I was able to solve my problem definitively.

Having a template that's available in many different forms of media (social/email/etc) is nice because we don't always need to post a campaign to the same site each time

**What do you dislike about Unifyr?**

The interface is not very user-friendly, and the 'onboarding' process is minimal and vague. Marketbuilder needs some type of tutorial walkthrough when you start, and I also hate how you end up saving a campaign just to fully explore its options before deciding whether it's right for you

We don't have many templates or media ready to go for our company. It's nice that Marketbuilder has so many available that you can just add your logo to and go.

**What do you like best about Unifyr?**

Zift is great for many reasons, but where shines is email and social media automation. You can set up multiple drip campaigns to send out emails and post to social media sites simultaneously. I use Zift with a handful of my partners/vendors. In this scenario, I am typically working with pre-made content already created by the vendor, which makes this all that much better.

**What do you dislike about Unifyr?**

I wish there was more control with the setting up and customizing the domain that the email originates from. This is probably an option if you use Zift directly, but not if dealing with vendors' material.

**What problems is Unifyr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My organization is solving the problem of having to post on social media on a manual basis, as well as sending out emails in batches without the ability to schedule for the future. This enables my team to significantly reach more prospects.

**What do you like best about Unifyr?**

The customer service is very good. They are always quick to respond and even take suggestions for product enhancements. Support is offered through email but we also have calls with our account manager which is very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Unifyr?**

The product has some features to be desired and I do wish we had more control over certain things within the platform like uploading documents, the ability to preview workflows, send emails directly out of the admin side of Zift, and more easily set on-demand notifications.

**What problems is Unifyr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are better able to manage our partners. We have everyone logging into one portal to submit and receive lead referrals. We can also have a common place for partners to receive training on our product. Additionally, we can track the activities of partners.

Nothing applies at the moment, the disadvantage that I have been able to observe is that it takes a little longer than normal, but I understand that it must be due to the amount of work that has to be done for different companies

Ease of use in social and digital marketing tools.  Support has also always been helpful and immediate.

**What do you dislike about Unifyr?**

The issue I have is not with Zift solutions, it is with the customer they integrate with.  Many of my Channel Partners use the solution, but some are better than others at providing good content.  This is not a Zift problem, and Zift has been great at working through and resolving the issues as they arise.

The problems I have had are not with the Zift platform, but with the customer that tey are integrated in not maintaing their content, or tagging their content in the wrong languages which can cause issues with
