"Unifyr Keeps My Email and Call Sequences Organized in One Place"

What do you like best about Unifyr?

I am writing this review at a momentary pause during my dialing sequence. The primary feature that i utilize Unifyr for is running sequences; as such, all of my daily email and call task responsibilities are contained within the same application. This reduces the amount of time i have to devote to remembering who i need to follow up with each week. The feature that allows me to view which contacts open and click my emails has greatly enhanced my ability to determine which contacts are active and focused upon. What do you dislike about Unifyr?

At times i find the user interface (ui) to be somewhat clunky and visually overwhelming while attempting to make a phone call. Additionally, i experience sync lag issues with my Salesforce account fairly often. At times, if i update a contact’s information in Unifyr, it does not immediately sync back into Salesforce and therefore i have to verify the updated information. On occasion, the Chrome extension will act erratically, requiring me to refresh the page due to an extended wait period before loading. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Unifyr solving and how is that benefiting you?

Unifyr assists in alleviating a major challenge associated with performing a large number of outbound outreach activities and also maintaining consistency across all outreach activities. Prior to utilizing Unifyr it was far too simple to miss a follow-up opportunity or become disorganized regarding where a specific prospect is located throughout the process.
