What do you like best about Unifyr?

ZiftONE is a flexible platform that allows us to select the components and modules that we need at an affordable price. Their customer success team guided us through the entire onboarding process, working with our IT teams to do all the required integrations (SSO, Salesforce, etc.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Unifyr?

The contract is paid annually and has a minimum of 3 years commitment. It is possible to upgrade the number of partners but not to downgrade so you have to be conservative when you dimension your setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Unifyr solving and how is that benefiting you?

Provides a one-stop shop for all our partner portal needs, including marketing collateral repository, bid registration, customer outreach and many other capabilities. Without their tool, we would have to hire a lot of people to manage our partner program, nowt we can run it with a small team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
