What do you like best about Unfuddle TEN?

What I really like with Unfuddle TEN is they provide complete documentation or guide of every feature on their system. It really helps me to get a better understanding of how to navigate the system and make the learning curve minimum for a new user. Their key features are using a color coded status tag to track project progress and update the status of the project, and I can get the work done half the time quicker then using other project collaboration software because most of the command is using a tag. What do you dislike about Unfuddle TEN?

Unfuddle Ten works excellent, but many features are not complete yet as they are still developing the software. The most critical element that I think they should add is a messenger. It will help me have a quick chat with a person that I collaborate with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
