What do you like best about Uncountable Web Platform?

It is very flexible in terms of its design, easy to customize to meet our needs. Fairly straightforward to learn how to use it, once the user is committed to using it. I also like the fact that we have the capability to add additional customers, test methods, etc., without having to bother your technical team for small things. Your development team has been super helpful during the development and training stages. It was nice to have patient trainers to help my team get on board. What do you dislike about Uncountable Web Platform?

It has worked well so far. Occasionally, we ran into unknown hurdles and your technical team was able to address them right away. I think some changes made in the background could have an impact on user experience (interface). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Uncountable Web Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps us globalize our R&D teams and efforts, with all R&D teams and activities on the same platform. It also gives us the ability to search for past experiments. It helps avoid reinventing the wheel. We are still working to put in the experiments from the past 5 years. It's a manual process and we assigned one associate to help with this task.
