"Unblocked makes team knowledge instantly searchable"

What do you like best about Unblocked?

Unblocked has been one of the most useful tools for getting productive on our engineering team. The biggest win is searchable team knowledge—Slack threads, Confluence docs, GitHub PRs, and Jira context in one place. I can ask a natural-language question and get grounded answers with sources instead of hunting across tools or pinging teammates. That makes onboarding faster, debugging clearer, and day-to-day work much smoother. The AI feels practical and tied to our real systems, which is exactly what I needed. What do you dislike about Unblocked?

Honestly, there isn’t much I dislike. The only mild friction is that, like any AI knowledge tool, I still do a quick source check on critical decisions—which is healthy engineering practice anyway. Setup and connecting integrations took a little initial effort, but once everything was wired it has been consistently valuable. I’d love even richer freshness indicators over time, but overall the experience has been excellent and the upsides far outweigh any small gaps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Unblocked solving and how is that benefiting you?

We struggled with knowledge being scattered across Slack, Confluence, GitHub, and Jira. Finding “why was this decided?” or “how does this service work?” often meant long searches or interrupting teammates. With Unblocked, I can ask one question and get relevant context quickly from those systems. That has cut onboarding time, reduced context-switching, and helped me move faster with more confidence.
