What do you like best about Unbabel?

Unbabel allows our business to provide an amazing level of service to our users regardless of the language they speak. Our company's website is localised into seven different languages and we receive many emails daily in a variety of different languages. Unbabel takes away a lot of the stress of having the right staff member on at the right time who can write in that language. Knowing we can rely on Unbabel during these moments provides peace of mind as the translations sent back to our customers are generally of a high standard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Unbabel?

Occasionally translations can be a little inaccurate. It would also be great to see Filipino added to the list of languages that Unbabel can translate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As we provide 24 hour customer support, Unbabel ensures that our users receive a high-quality response even when we don't have a staff member available who can write in the customers' language.
