What do you like best about Unanet GovCon?

THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT WOULD BE WHAT I LIKE BEST ABOUT THE UNANET TOOL. WHENEVER I NEED ASSISTANCE IT IS EASY TO RESEARCH ON MY OWN AND IF I AM UNABLE TO FIND THE ANSWER, THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM IS VERY RESPONSIVE AND FOLLOWS UP AFTER THE FACT. LETS ME KNOW THAT THE 'RELATIONSHIP' GOES BEYOND THE SALE AND THAT IS IMPORTANT TO ME AND MY TEAM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Unanet GovCon?

ADHOC REPORTING, I AM NOT ENJOYING THE ADHOC REPORTING FEATURE AND CREATING MY OWN REPORTS. MY TEAM HAS SPECIFIC NEEDS FOR REPORTING THAT GO BEYOND THE DASHBOARD SAVED REPORTS AND I AM CHALLENGED WITH CREATING THESE REPORTS FOR THEM IN UNANET, SO I HAVE BEEN EXPORTING DATA AND STILL DOING THIS IN EXCEL. What problems is Unanet GovCon solving and how is that benefiting you?

TIME ENTRY WAS APPARENTLY A HUGE PROBLEM WITH MY GROUP PRIOR TO MY ARRIVAL. WE WERE STILL ON HANDWRITTEN PAPER TIME SHEETS. UNANET CAME IN AND WAS A HUGE HELP WITH THAT PROBLEM. I NOW NEED TO WORK ON THE REPORTS SIDE SO THAT MY PROJECT MANAGERS CAN LOOK AT THEIR PROJECT FUNDING/RESOURCES ETC. EASIER. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
