What do you like best about Unanet GovCon?

Unanet is more user-friendly than the other products out there. Technical Support is beneficial whenever an issue arises. The ability to create custom projects, reports, etc, to meet our specific needs makes Unanet a great system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Unanet GovCon?

Before the Covid-19 pandemic, Unanet had telephone support during the day, where we could call and get immediate assistance. Post-pandemic, all help is email driven, but the response time is within 24 hours, and video calls are now utilized. I do wish telephone support still existed for those quick emergent questions when they occur during a closing cycle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Unanet GovCon solving and how is that benefiting you?

Recently Unanet solved our database issue where our Billing and Revenue Post would lag and time-out. From ticket submission to resolution, I would say Unanet resolved our issue within 7-business days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
