What do you like best about Unanet CRM?
I like that it keeps client contacts, project history, and sales pipelines in one place. We did not have that previously and it has really streamlined our processes. I also really like dashboards and custom widgets show sales goals and win rates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Unanet CRM?
I think the connect from AE & CRM could be better and more clear. And more able to customize with support. The software is not always considered user-friendly and navigation can be complex. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
