Unanet CRM by Cosential makes it simple to record and track all sales interactions, sales goals, and sales progress for our company. It houses all of our prospect's contact information, sales reporting, and sales dashboards (featuring customizable widgets). We also track our full sales funnel in Cosential using the opportunity grid, as well as current and past project information, and personnel information tracking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Unanet CRM by Cosential? Sometimes there are bugs with the reporting feature that can take time to get resolved. Also, it would be nice to have the option to export our full opportunity and activity grids, rather than having to export them page by page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Unanet CRM by Cosential solving and how is that benefiting you? Unanet CRM by Cosential simplifies the tracking of anything to do with our sales process. It is easy to upload new prospects contact information, where we can track all activities with the prospect, including phone calls, emails, outings, opportunities, and projects. It has also made it much easier to pull certain contact lists, like prospects by geographical location or prospects by client/market type. We can easily see an overview of our sales progress (monthly, quarterly, yearly, etc.) using customizable dashboards/widgets and the reporting feature.
