The fact that Cosential is specifically for people in the AEC industry. The different features, data organization, and other thought out tools are all made to help marketers in the AEC industry do their job better and more efficiently. Specifically, the reports module and publisher module save us hours to generate relevant and specific resumes. By building up a solid database, we can always show the right projects for the right people. The value of these two features alone make Cosential more than worth it for our firm. Gone are the days of having to sort through an excel sheet to try and find project info or copy and pasting in word docs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Unanet CRM by Cosential? Some of the user navigation can be clunky especially the output of some of the reports. Sometimes, the results are good but the way they are formatted can be frustrating. Also the Publisher module is a big time performer, we've had to come up with of a ton of different work arounds to get what we want due to some of its limitations. It's completely streamlined the way that we track opportunities, store data from past and current projects, and generate timely and relevant marketing material based on our data. For resumes, we are able to create templates for a variety of formats and are able to quickly plug in the right projects to best represent our people each and every time. What used to take 30 minutes for one resume can now be done in 3 minutes. What used to be a scavenger hunt of asking Project Manager's to figure out if we worked on a project in a certain city or a certain type of project, can now be quickly looked up.
