The different features, data organization, and other thought out tools are all made to help marketers in the AEC industry do their job better and more efficiently. Specifically, the reports module and publisher module save us hours to generate relevant and specific resumes. By building up a solid database, we can always show the right projects for the right people. The value of these two features alone make Cosential more than worth it for our firm. Some of the user navigation can be clunky especially the output of some of the reports. Sometimes, the results are good but the way they are formatted can be frustrating. Also the Publisher module is a big time performer, we've had to come up with of a ton of different work arounds to get what we want due to some of its limitations.
