What do you like best about Umbrella AI Warranties?

It enables our business to sell self-managed extended protection plans s well as keep track of our OEM warranty policies. It's easy to set up and use and the support is responsive and detailed whenever we run into any confusion. It's feature rich, allowing us to configure and customize our implementation to match our branding and the feel of our website. Overall it does everything we want for extended protection plans, OEM warranties, and shipping protection, and more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Umbrella AI Warranties?

I can't really blame them but there's a lot to wrap your mind around and to grasp. Though on another hand, this is a benefit because it's so feature rich and has a lot of options and settings, when first starting out, it could feel overwhelming at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Umbrella AI Warranties solving and how is that benefiting you?

We can now sell self-managed protection plans, configure as we want, and keep most of the profit for doing all the work, unlike the previous popular solution we used whom I won't name. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
