What do you like best about Umbraco?

I like that it is free and open source, with a good supporting plugin base to expand its features. The support community is very helpful and engaging in answering simple questions about how to set things up to more complex questions, like how to debug a custom plugin or the code for customization. What do you dislike about Umbraco?

The documentation can be hard to find information in and is sometimes confusing or not complete. I think their complete rewrite of the administration interface was rolled out too soon, but they have done a good job of getting it back up to par with the old interface, although there are still functions missing, which have been left up to the community to fix. What problems is Umbraco solving and how is that benefiting you?

Umbraco is making it really easy to quickly add new pages to my site to allow me to engage with my users and keep them returning. Before Umbraco, it could easily take a day or two to add a single new page, but now it takes minutes to a few hours, depending on the page's complexity.

Letting Umbraco handle all the major concerns, like securing the administration interface and giving my writers an easy interface to add or update pages, takes a lot of work off my hands and speeds everything up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
