I really like the flexibility Umbraco has a CMS compared to other options on the market. The UI/UX is easy enough for technophobes to understand while having more advanced areas - in how content and models are made for example - for web designers / programmers.
We're a content heavy business and its been great that a variety of staff are able to get content up quickly without much leg work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Umbraco has some great modules you can use for forms, commerce etc. I would say the price point on these can be a little high - especially if team members like the idea but are not 100% sure of how the end result will look. Perhaps better trials / demos that can be shown to stakeholders would help here before pushing the button to buy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
