One area that could be improved is the depth of candidate filtering and the customization options available during the hiring process. At times, having more advanced search filters, richer analytics, or clearer candidate benchmarking would make shortlisting even more efficient and consistent. Strengthening communication tracking within the platform—so it’s easier to follow conversations and updates in one place—could also enhance the overall experience.
