What do you like best about UltraShip?

What I like most about UltraShip is how easy it makes the daily work of a broker. Creating quotes is quick and straightforward, and I can post loads to multiple load boards such as DAT and Convoy without having to manage everything separately. I also really value the security of the platform, especially since we handle sensitive shipper, carrier, and pricing information. Having everything centralized in one secure system makes it much easier to manage loads while keeping our data protected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UltraShip?

There is not much I dislike about UltraShip. Like any platform, there are areas where additional customization and more advanced options could make the experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is UltraShip solving and how is that benefiting you?

UltraShip helps us stay organized and communicate more efficiently without relying on multiple platforms. One feature I find particularly useful is Connect, the internal chat system, which allows brokers to communicate with other team members directly within UltraShip. We can discuss loads, coordinate with accounting or operations, and share updates without constantly switching between different applications.
