Probable my favorite feature is how easily it handles extremely large files. I often work with files measured in gigabytes and UltraEdit handles them without breaking a sweat. Regex find/replace is probably second favorite and goes hand in hand with large file handling Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hmmmm this one is much harder to answer. I can't think of anything I outright dislike. It's not perfect and there are couple of things it could do better but saying I dislike them is a bit strong. For example the way Sublime Text handles multi select is absolutely sublime. UltraEdit could take lesson from them on that, but that is the only thing I can think of that isn't absolutely perfect.
