I enjoy the interface. A lot of the features are easy to identify and use. I've used other databases that were similar but this one looks the most polished out of all of them. I find myself using Ultipro daily and it's one of the first websites I log into daily. I also enjoy the functionality and how all the resources I need are on the same platform. I think the platform could be faster and more customizable. I also wish it wouldn't log me out so quickly. I find myself logging into Ultipro several times a day at my desk. I think there should be a way for the program to remember your computer. Also sometimes I don't get the verification code and I have to try several times. I am able to recruit and hire with ease. I am also able to look at employee records and answer any payroll or benefit eligibility questions. It's also a great resource for storing I-9 information and it's easy to look up employee ID's whenever I need to pull it up quickly.
