BI is very useful for reporting and an indispensable tool for our executive team. Payroll accounting is working well and the software has not had any problems in the last three years. The problem with UTA / BI is that you cannot combine UTA and central data into a single report, which prevents you from knowing how to provide this data to our executives. Another thing that complicates the problem with UTA is that trying to use BI with UTA is much more difficult than using BI for the core. The data is hidden and the field name is unknown, so it is very difficult to get the UTA report. As mentioned above, 75% of our employees work every hour, so we use UTA to track their time and send it to payroll. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering UKG Pro: I believe that the basic content, salary and human resources are applicable to anyone. We are in manufacturing (by the way, there is no industry decline in direct manufacturing), but I think these products and other modules are suitable for almost any type of industry. UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)] is widely used in our organization, throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico. We are also considering implementation in the UK and Brazil. We are a manufacturer, so 75% of our employees work every hour. We use UTA to track time and base pay for everyone.
