The CORE product is simply the best HRIS, very easy to navigate and the menus/wizards are top notch! LOVE the large releases and enhancements! Having the BI tool for custom reporting and the ability to create our own API's through Informatica is excellent for data movement and reporting. The modules that are available are easy to implement and use (LMS, Performance Management, Recruiting etc.). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? The down time/slowness of WFM and other platform areas. Users reach out right away when they can't access or do something in the platform. So in addition to dealing with not having system capability, we have to spend hours keeping the Users in the loop, answering emails, etc. It's very painful when a module or something in CORE goes down. Recommendations to others considering UKG Pro: Make sure you think about the long picture of which product/modules to implement. What will your business look like in 3-5 years. This helps you get the correct set-up from the beginning. The modules provide so many additional great layers to business process, so don't skimp on purchasing one, thinking you can use CORE to get everything you need.
