I like the system from : recruiting to on boarding BI Report writing - ability to create and run reports on company data BI community and knowledge hour very helpful UltiPro support team - very responsive and patient information sharing ability utilizing Community Broadcast feature and the Document Acknowledgement feature File management and document flowing into from Core Performance Management ability to create and schedule reviews LMS - The online learning management system - like being able to track training and have the system set up to notify employee of training renewal, etc based on criteria provided by the Agency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Onboarding process for internal applicant - process seem long for a person currently employed. Some specifics to Time and attendance. Some of the BI reporting functions and the ability to get the correct data on the report - it is like you cannot get enough training but then they have the BI community to assist. Some of the programs not syncing appropriately and without warning. It takes for a user to find something is missing to know that there is an issue and then time spent in troubleshooting. Some community broadcast- need the ability to add attachments. Would like the ability to make corrections w/o resending the entire broadcast. The copy/paste functionality is not consistent. Performance Management - Distributing the evaluation until you get the hang of it can be challenging and clunky. Need more instructions on reporting from EFM. Need to find a way to update mapping for more files to move from CORE -\> Document Acknowledgement -\> EFM Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Shortening timing from our application process to hire time. Utilizing less paper due to all processes are active for on boarding. The money that is being save by going paperless. The ability to inform employee of time sensitive information with confirmation abilities. Checking for online benefit registrations. One system for evaluating employee and the ability to manage the managers without loosing the evaluation that has been started. File management for paperless filing.
