What do you like best about UkeySoft Spotify Music Converter?

Well, I am from 90's I love to own what I like. It could be my favorite Movie or my most repeated song. Ukeysoft has an excellent solution to easily download your favorite playlist, artist, Album and keep it on your hard disk forever. The quality doesn't diminish while you have your track meta-data. The drag-n-drop function made it more catchy also; having a powerful server allows you to download and convert your tracks faster. What do you dislike about UkeySoft Spotify Music Converter?

The only concern I have is about the legal aspect of the tracks which I download. I mean, I know I paid for my Spotify account to stream the tracks I like, but I don't know whether downloading these tracks would cause a copyright disclaimer or similar legal issues from the distribution companies.
