"From Manual Testing to Reliable Automation at Scale"

4.5/5

What do you like best about UiPath Test Suite?

UiPath Test Suite provides a comprehensive platform for end-to-end test automation, particularly for enterprise applications such as SAP, web, and APIs.

What stands out to me is how it combines RPA capabilities with testing workflows, allowing us to reuse existing automation components for testing. Its integration with tools like Test Manager, Studio, and Orchestrator also makes it easier to design, execute, and monitor test cases in a centralized way. I use it regularly for regression and UI testing, and the ability to automate repetitive scenarios has significantly reduced our manual effort.

Before adopting UiPath Test Suite, much of our testing was either manual or relied on separate tools, which slowed down release cycles. Now we can automate large portions of regression testing, which has helped us release faster, improve test coverage, and reduce the number of issues that make it into production.

Another advantage is the low-code approach, which helps developers and QA teams collaborate more effectively without requiring deep coding expertise.

On the downside, the initial setup and framework design can take time, especially with complex applications. Debugging failed test cases could be more intuitive, and execution performance can vary when running large test suites.

Overall, UiPath Test Suite is a strong option for scaling test automation, especially in environments where RPA is already in use.

End-to-end test automation (UI, API, regression). Reuse of RPA workflows for testing. Centralized test management and execution. Low-code approach for faster adoption. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UiPath Test Suite?

One drawback of UiPath Test Suite from UiPath is that the initial setup and framework design can be time-consuming, particularly when working with complex applications.

The debugging experience for failed test cases could be more intuitive, and managing large test suites can sometimes affect execution performance.

Additionally, tighter integration with third-party testing tools, along with more out-of-the-box templates, would help accelerate adoption and reduce the overall setup effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is UiPath Test Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before adopting UiPath Test Suite from UiPath, we depended heavily on manual testing and several disconnected tools, which slowed down our releases and limited overall test coverage.

Now we can automate regression, UI, and API testing within a single platform. This has helped us speed up release cycles, expand test coverage, and reduce production defects, along with a 30–50% reduction in manual testing effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
