What do you like best about ufleet.io?

Ufleet manages to handle a very dynamic logistics flow with high order volumes and short lead times. We issue 200–250 orders per hour across 20 couriers, and often receive last-minute orders that need to be routed and picked up within 10 minutes. The platform consistently delivers stable and fast optimization that keeps up with this pace.

What we value most is that the system keeps evolving — routing logic improves over time, and the platform has become significantly more stable. Support is excellent: when an issue occurs, we get quick and effective responses. The team is involved, open to improvements, and proactive in offering expert suggestions. What do you dislike about ufleet.io?

At this stage, there’s nothing we consider a drawback. We’ve managed to reach a remarkable balance between routing efficiency, timely order execution, and the business-specific requirements we’ve implemented in the process. What problems is ufleet.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ufleet solves the challenge of routing and managing a high volume of dynamically changing orders in real time. Thanks to the platform, we’re able to optimize hundreds of orders per hour across multiple couriers without delays or manual rework. It helps us meet tight operational deadlines, reduces errors, and ensures our couriers follow efficient routes.
