What do you like best about UEStudio?

I’ve used UiPath for multiple automation projects across finance and operations, and it has proven to be one of the most mature RPA platforms available.

What I Like:

User-Friendly Studio: UiPath Studio makes it easy to build automations with a drag-and-drop interface, but still supports advanced coding when needed. This helps both non-technical users and developers.

Scalability: Orchestrator provides centralized management of bots, scheduling, and monitoring. For enterprise deployment, this is a huge plus.

AI & ML Integration: Native AI Center and Document Understanding modules are strong. Extracting structured/unstructured data from invoices and contracts is much smoother compared to many competitors.

Marketplace & Community: The UiPath Marketplace offers reusable components, and the community forum is active and supportive.

Overall:

UiPath is a leading RPA tool that balances usability with enterprise-grade capabilities. It’s ideal for organizations serious about scaling automation with AI and governance in mind. With some refinements in pricing and performance, it could easily be a 5-star solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UEStudio?

What Could Be Improved:

Licensing Costs: The platform is powerful but can be expensive for smaller companies. A more flexible pricing model would make it more accessible.

Learning Curve for Orchestrator: While Studio is intuitive, Orchestrator can be complex at first for newcomers. More guided onboarding would help.

Resource Intensive: Robots can be heavy on system resources, especially for desktop automation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
